Awesome news with the new single release date announced and the new album art work getting released – which looks brilliam by the way.

The only bad thing is we are still waiting to have a listen!

In the meantime, it appears that Harry wants to emulate super star’s David Beckham and Robbie Williams by having a ‘sleeve’ of tattoos and he has started his collection with the inscription of “17 Black”.

Apparently, it relates to a lucky gambling number that is frequently used in 007 films. Smooth Hazza!

We already know Harry has a tiny letter A on his elbow, which we reckon is in honour of his mother.

He also has some the lyrics “we won’t stop till we surrender” inked on his person, which are lyrics from a temper trap song.

A source said to The Sun:

“Harry is getting really into tattoos — he’s had numerous tatts over the past few months.”

“Some have deep meanings, while he just likes the designs of others.”

They added:

“The band’s management don’t seem to mind. His potential mother-in-law might, though.”

Would you like to see the baby faced, youngest member of 1D covered in tats? Would he still be as hot?

Harry took the opportunity to enjoy another night out yesterday, being pictured leaving London nightclub Mahiki, along with chums Nick Grimshaw and Rita Ora.

He’s certainly got a smile on his face – we wonder if he’s please with his latest tattoo?

Or perhaps its the news that One Direction’s brand new album ‘Take Me Home’ will be available for pre-order on Monday?

It’s probably more the fact he was with pretty Rita Ora on the night, whaddya reckon?

It’s only the official artwork for 1D’s newly announced album ‘Take Me Home’! Oh yeh!

We all thought that the plain black cover from yesterday was going to be the official one, but no, the one you’re looking at above will be the proper one – thats unless yesterdays will be reserved for the ‘Yearbook’ edition?

Anyhow, don’t the boys just look amazing. What a memorable cover!

The official 1D Facebook page also gave us this new photo of the boys below, frolicking about like they do best.

As we revealed this afternoon, the new album is available for pre-order this coming Monday at midnight, with the full album getting it’s proper release in the UK on November 12th.

Just in time for Christmas!

Want to be one of the first to get your hands on a copy of One Direction’s brand new album ‘Take Me Home’? Well the 1D boys have just released a short new video on YouTube where they tell us the album will be available to pre-order from midnight this coming Monday!

The album will be released in full on November 12th in the UK.

Earlier today, One Direction went live on Twitcam to announce SOME BIG NEWS.

The news will now be announced at 3PM GMT (UK Time), and we’re just a little bit excited! The Twitcam live stream is still active, but it says Offline. Here’s the link if you want to try it.

We’ve got our fingers crossed that the news might be that we finally get a chance to hear the brand new single ‘Live While We’re Young’, which can’t come soon enough – especially seeing as it hit the iTunes top spot in over 40 countries despite no-one even hearing what it sounds like!

Directioner dudes, tonight’s the night when MTV screen a 1D special called ‘One Direction: My First Time’.

The mega half-hour show will be on screen at 11pm ET/PT tonight, and is presented by Harry, Liam, Zayn, Niall and Louis themselves. Giving an insight into which artists the boys think have given memorable VMA performances of the past, it doubles as a warm-up for the big event itself on September 6th.

During the TV special, 1D share their memories as well as providing insight on how they’re feeling about making their own very first appearance at the massive awards night.

Elsewhere, the latest UK X Factor sensation Lucy Spraggan has revealed how she would love to duet with the ‘lovely’ One Direction boys.

Speaking with Digital Spy, Lucy said:

“Of course I’d love a collaboration with OneDirection. I’d love to work with any of these people. To do anything like that would just be incredible. To be in this situation is really hard to take in. But the 1D boys are lovely. Of course I’d work with them.”

Lucy became the latest star of the show after performing her own song ‘Last Night’ on Saturday night. Watch her performance here.

We still can’t get over how BIG the boys have become. Brings a tear to our collective eye’s, when only 2 years ago they hadn’t even performed on the first live show of X Factor yet. Oh the nostalgia.

Right, after that little reminiscent experience, lets cut to here and NOW!

Apparently, the 1D fella’s are going to be treated with the highest honour at the VMA’s. They will be getting one of the biggest area’s backstage and will be setting front & centre at the awards – expect them to be on stage to accept at least one award!

Of course, there is also the unforgettable performance we have all been promised. The boys are thought to be performing “What Makes You Beautiful”, because they want to go out with a bang to close up this chapter of their careers.

The “Up All Night” era is nearly over *sad face*.

Can you believe we’re about to have another single and another album and then another tour (and then another tour), DVD and then and *breathes* – phew so much to look forward too.

Although you’ve heard “What makes you beautiful” thousands of times before, 1D want this to be the most elaborate production of the song ever, as a thank you to faithful directioners.

Naww, so sweet.

We can’t wait to see them rock the stage. The reception they got at the Logie Awards in Australia was unbelievable, with security said to be the tightest it has ever been.

No doubt some directioners hoping for a glimpse will also be waiting outside the VMA’s!

Not because you’ve got all the amazing songs for us to listen to, not because we can get top tunes quickly & easily on our iPod / iPhone thingies, but because you’ve accidentally revealed the title AND cover of ONE DIRECTION’S BRAND NEW ALBUM, ‘TAKE ME HOME‘!

The cover appears to be the deluxe ‘Yearbook’ edition of the new album, in the same vein as the first album ‘Up All Night’ which had a standard and deluxe edition.

The album was temporarily revealed on iTunes before it was quickly removed, and with the album set for a November release, this has whetter our appetites even more than before.

Quickly after the event, and possibly to disguise the slip-up, Louis said on the band’s official Facebook page:

“So pleased to tell you that our new album is called “take me home” can’t wait for you to hear it! More news soooon! Louis x “

Before the album was removed, the expected launch date was listed as November 9th, and even a track listing was available to view, though it didn’t feature any song names.

There were 12 tracks in total though, with 4 bonus videos on the deluxe Yearbook edition.

A brand new comic book profiling the journey so far of One Direction has been revealed, will be published by Bluewater Productions as part of their ‘Fame’ biography series.

The comic is authored by Michael Troy with illustrations by Gustavo Rubio. Take a look at some of the boys below.

We’re not quite sure about Louis! He looks a bit odd – don’t ya reckon!

The comic starts with 1D when they were first put together on X Factor, and even Simon Cowell gets to make an appearance. Will you buying it? First look inside the One Direction Comic Book by reuters

Oh how we wish we were a fly-on-the-wall at Liam Payne’s 19th birthday party last weekend.

Pics have emerged on Twitter and it looks like one hell of a party!

Present on the night at Funky Buddha were a bunch of Liams closest pals, Danielle Peazer, Harry and Niall, Liam’s sisters, Andy Samuels and Josh Devine, as well as a host of others.

The pic below shows Liam spraying a bottle of Champagne over everyone, soaking one guy to the bone!

Liam had tweeted:

“Can’t believe today Danielle arranged me a surprise party had all my friends down what a great day.”

After the party, Danielle tweeted:

“What a day!!! So grateful to everyone that helped make Liam’s surprise party possible.”

“A few obstacles, but Sunday was such a perfect day in the end. It was very stressful but so worth it xx”

What a night!

Seriously Zayn, what are you playing at!

He has publically said he is sick of the breakup rumours, sick of fan hate and sick of people interfering with his relationship with Perrie!

So why the hell has he said the following?

“I can see a cute girl in the audience and get distracted by that.”

Sigh. When will he learn.

He did cover it with a semi-saving comment:

“It’s nice to have someone who catches your eye in the audience and catches your attention, because then you can kind of sing to her and perform to her a little bit!”

So if it is all about the fans, then it is OK right? But before any directioners start to plot the crumbling of the amazing criss-cross Simon Cowell induced relationship, remember part of being in a boyband is making the audience feel connected.

Optimally, having everyone single would be the best for management – but giving fans a lil’bit of lovin’ is absolutely fan.

So you pass this time Zayn, but keep your wits about you. We’re watching you!

The Larry Stylinson rumours will just never end will they?!

Eleanor and Louis have been snapped over the past couple of months looking stronger than ever, holding hands, affectionately looking into each others eyes and exuding L.O.V.E.

But for some reason, fans really want Harry and Louis to come out as being in a steamy gay relationship and sometimes it isn’t too hard to believe.

Louis’s sister has come out to defend her brother’s sexual orientation with a very politically correct and to-the-point statement in a recent web chat.

She said: “I’m not saying it’s a bad thing to be gay, it’s just kind of rude to me because I know he isn’t gay. They’re [people] all just like ‘oh yeah your brother’s gay’ and I’m like ‘no he’s not.”

Fizzy added: “Shut up!”

We know that they aren’t. Everything is pointing in the direction that Louis is definitely not into boys. But there is always just something lingering in the back everyone’s mind, there has never been a boyband so affectionate of each other before!

Besides, statistically there has to be at least one!

The One Direction boys are hosting their very own show on the channel, called ‘One Direction: My First Time’.

Speaking on the show, Niall talks about the time when One Direction started to get real big in the USA, saying:

“We were trying to drive away. Fans were running through traffic. It was literally like something you’d see in a movie.”

Niall added:

“It’s been, as you can see clearly, it’s been absolutely nuts. We’re still trying to get our heads around it.”

The 2012 MTV VMA Awards take place on September 6th. Oh yeh!

Elsewhere, the latest One Direction World ‘pop-up’ store opened in Chicago over the weekend, with hundreds of fans patiently queuing up for hours in advance.

The store remains open until September 9th where it will then move on to another location, possibly New York or Los Angeles.

Niall Horan has become the second member of One Direction to get more than 6 million followers, officially making him the most popular Irish dude on Twitter!

Niall tweeted:

“What a surprise to wake up to! 6 million followers! Guys u are amazing, can’t say it enough! Thank you!”

Harry is leading the Twitterati with nearly 6.4 million followers, and the second most popular Irish guy behind Niall is star golfer Rory McIlroy.

Behind that, well you’ve got to look as far ex Westlife and and Boyzone stars.

Elsewhere, Zayn decided not to go to Liam’s 19th birthday party on Saturday night, instead staying at home to watch Little Mix star and girlfriend Perrie Edwards perform on ‘Red or Black’, where the girlband wowed audiences with a performance of ‘Wings’.

Zayn tweeted:

“Little mix were sick on red or black tonight ! The singles wiked man (not that I’m biased at all) Aha ! x”

OMG. The video for ‘Live While We’re Young’ looks AMAZE-BALLS!

We cannot wait to see the finished video, and it just quite possibly might be the BEST VIDEO, like EVER.

The 1D boys filmed the new video for ‘Live While We’re Young’ on a field in England, and got a bit SOAKING WET. The vid features a massive paddling pool, big hay bales, a giant inflatable banana and a trampoline.

Louis, Harry, Zayn, Niall and Liam stripped topless and jumped around, looking a bunch of mates having a laugh. Which ummm, they are.

Niall tweeted:

“We have literally just finished shooting the video for “live while we’re young” ur gona love it! It was soo fun to shoot!”

“Wow its chuckin it down! And we stuck shooting in it! By the way, super excited for u to see the video! Its gona be cool”

Harry tweeted:

“Great day shooting for the music video for ‘Live While We’re Young’ bit nippy..”

“And that’s the video for ‘Live While We’re Young’ done. Amazing crew, amazing people.”

We’re hoping we’ll all get a chance to see the video in the next week or so. You NEED to see it, if just for getting a chance to ogle at Niall Horan in his CALVIN KLEINS.

Well, thats a little bit awkward!

So Nialler was trying to party it up at Liam’s 19th, but unfortunately for him the bouncer didn’t recognise him or even know who One Direction was! Unbelievable.

Apparently the doorman refused entry to the Irishman, and upon asking his manager if he should be let in, Niall was finally allowed to go in and celebrate!

His night didn’t start off so well either, tweeting this before he had even arrived!

“Why is traffic in london soo bad? Soo frustratin, haha also taxi driver loves classical music, smashin it up! Never heard so many symphonies”

Still, being rejected from your bandmates birthday when you are in the biggest boyband of the moment…is pretty hilarious.

How embarrassing for the bouncer! Like, horrifically embarrassing.

Liam arrived first at the bash with his stunner girlfriend Danielle. Harry Styles arrived on his own, surprisingly not with a girl / older lady!

Zayn decided to skip the fun and opted to stay in to watch Little Mix perform their new single ‘Wings’ on Red or Black, which has just been released.

Zayn we need to see you out with the boys more, otherwise haters like Perez Hilton will keep that rumour mill of you leaving band churning away!

Don’t worry Directioners, this was only a hypothetical question – but it does show how serious Perrie is about her relationship with Zayn!

Perrie was recently asked a classic questionnaire of snog, marry, avoid. When asked who she would marry, she responded to OMG magazine:

“I think it’s obvious who I’d marry. It would be Zayn.”

Wow! that is some pretty serious talk from 2 young love birds, especially in the midst of some more Zayn rumours.

Apparently Zayn asked a female dancer for her number and was then caught walking with another girl near his hotel. But we are assured that Perrie “100%” trusts her man, despite him being on the road so much.

It’s a lot of pressure having a long distance relationship and must be even more difficult seeing girls around the world throw themselves at your man. But now that Zayn is back on Twitter, fans can reconnect with what could be a married man very, very soon!

They’re pretty fierce rivals, and both bands will be crossing paths at the upcoming MTV VMA awards, being nominated together in the ‘Best New Artist’ category.

Speaking with AP, Max George said that he doesn’t think his own band will win:

“I think One Direction will win. That is my prediction.”

Tom Parker however was a little bit more confident, saying:

“We could win ‘Best New Artist’, come on! We are one of the best new artists. We can take Frank Ocean. We can do this, boys!”

As well as being up for ‘Best New Artist’, 1D are also up for’Best Pop Video’ too, and we reckon they could well win them both.

Liam recently spoke out about the VMA’s, saying:

“It’s quite nerve-racking as well, because obviously there’s been so many historical moments and stuff that have happened at the VMAs. Now we want to make a moment ourselves, but who knows?”

Vote 1D!

Harry is well known for his love of the ladies, and it also seems he’s becoming a bit of a party animal too.

Recent reports have suggest that Harry spent a staggering $50,000 on alcohol at a pool party – including 100 bottles of Champagne.

A source told Heatworld:

“Harry bought champagne for every cabana. He bought Veuve Clicquot I would imagine 100 bottles. They cost minimum 300-400 bucks [they are actually on the menu as $525 each]. I love that he did that, not because he has the money, but because he just had a good time with everybody.”

What a party that would have been!

Hazza looks to forging a reputation for himself as the wild man in One Direction, so we’re expecting a few more stories like this in the future!

Some of the lads were apparently warned about their behaviour earlier this year, and after the recent photos showing Prince Harry naked in Las Vegas, our Hazza best be careful where he strips, lol

The boys will be performing at the MTV VMA Awards on September 6th, but you’ll get a chance to see them host their own show called ‘My First Time’ this Thursday at 11pm.

The show is a half-hour special entirely dedicated to showing the best MTV VMA performances in history, and you’ll get a chance to see the boys casting their thoughts on hit VMA outings of yesteryear.

Louis, Niall, Liam, Zayn and Harry will give their thoughts on the groups and artists shown, as well as letting us know what they think about their very own performance at this years awards.

With their brand new single ‘Live While We’re Young’ going straight to the top of the iTunes charts – without anyone actually hearing the song – One Direction infection is spreading its wings once more.

Perrie and Zayn are in a high-profile relationship, and rarely are they out of the tabloids.

The Little Mix star has been talking with The Sun about what it’s like date 1/5th of the biggest boyband in the world, One Direction.

Perrie said:

“I just think it’s funny. You have to trust each other. Me and Zayn are really happy. We see each other quite a lot, the only time we don’t is when he’s in America. It’s really hard. But I trust him. It does get hard when you don’t see each other. It does make it more special when you do see each other though.”

With Perrie’s and Zayn’s parents getting along well, she makes sure that she stays in touch with Zayn as often as possible.

Both 1D and Little Mix have a busy couple of months of publicity, so staying as close as possible might be difficult, but they’re doing a great job of keeping their relationship strong so far.

Perrie added:

“You just have to make sure you call and text each other all the time and tell each other what you’ve done each day and stuff. It’s when you don’t talk to someone that you start missing them. As far as his fans go, there’s always going to be one or two bad comments, but you’ve just got to ignore it. About one in 100 are bad ones.”

She finished with:

“I just read all the good ones — most people are really happy that we’re in a relationship and happy.”

Zayn has had to deny rumours that he cheated on Perrie, with this being a large of the reason he quit Twitter last week.

He tweeted:

“And all the rumours of me smoking weed and cheating. I dont need to read any of that negativity.”

A friend of Zayn said:

“They couldn’t be happier, it’s ridiculous that anyone thinks otherwise. When they’re together it’s like excited teenagers getting together for the first time.”

‘Live While We’re Young’ only became available for pre-order last night on iTunes, but has already become the fastest selling pre-order single in history!

As well as that, the song has hit number one in more than 40 different countries, proving that the appetite for One Direction is growing bigger all the time.

What makes this even more of an amazing record is that we’ve not even heard the song yet!

‘Live While We’re Young’ is written by Rami Yacoub, Carl Falk and Savan Kotecha, and according to those in the know is a piece of “pop perfection”.

Right, we’re just salivating over this damn song now. When do we get to hear it?

1D will be performing it live at the MTV VMA’s on September 6th, but it’s expected the track will have its radio debut in the next week, along with a possible YouTube lyric video.

The boys were in the middle of filming the official vid yesterday, and Harry tweeted the following:

“Great day shooting for the music video for ‘Live While We’re Young’ bit nippy..,”

Does that mean we’re gonna see them with their tops off? Skinny dipping?

Oh me, oh my….

Ok, just put our ears (and eyes) out of their misery alright!

After a million girls hearts were broken just days ago, Zayn has magically returned to the twittosphere and just in time for the very exciting big announcement which all you will know by now!

Zayn’s first tweet as a returned user was:

“Sorry, I was getting some abuse on twitter but I dont want to let my fans down. So I am back!! x”

We’re so proud of Zayn coming back on twitter, standing up to the haters and allowing fans to once again endlessy tweet him for a follow, a RT or just a simple hello.

It was a meagre 24 hour break, but the longest day ever for directioners.

He then tweeted:

“And thanks for all your messages of support. I really do love all you guys, your support never ceases 2 amaze me xxx”

Having Zayn back on board is awesome and hes really silencing his critics. Particularly that horrible Perez Hilton.

Zayn is here to stay and he isn’t going anywhere!

What a day it was yesterday global-dominating uber-band One Direction.

Not only did they announce their brand new single ‘Live While We’re Young’, but they also scooped 4 awards in the annual ‘We Love Pop’ awards!

One Direction took home the most gongs from anyone on the night, winning the following categories:

Best Bum in Pop: Louis Tomlinson
Fittest Boy in Pop: Harry Styles
Best Hair in Pop: Harry Styles

And then another post said this:

“The big announcement is happening TODAY Directioners!! Set your watches for 1pm UK time when the boys will have something massive in store for you all… 1DHQ x”

Ok, get on with it, WHAT’S THE BIG ANNOUNCEMENT THEN?
