Can things get any more exciting for Directioners at the moment? Not only is the new ‘Little Things’ vid out in two days, but ‘Take Me Home’ comes out in 12 days, AAAAND brand new One Direction tickets go on sale for 18 European dates next year.

Daddy Directioner had a reet good time last Saturday at swish London club Funky Buddha, dressing up as Batman and partying the night away with chum Tom Daley amongst others.

Looks like British newspaper The Sun have got a bit of a scoop, as they’ve heard the brand new album ‘Take Me Home’ for the first time and given their verdicts on each of the songs.
Here at OneDirection.net we’re not so lucky so will have to wait an entire 13 DAYS like the rest of you to hear it.
The Sun have dedicated their Bizarre section to the band, and here’s what they thought of the songs:
1. Live While We’re Young
“The intro still sounds like THE CLASH’s Should I Stay Or Should I Go.”
2. Kiss You
“Fast-paced and McFly-like. Could be a future single.”
3. Little Things
“Fits right in among recent hits by Ed, BEN HOWARD and MUMFORD & SONS.”
4. C’mon C’mon
“The most dancey song on the album. Harry’s vocals stand out.”
5. Last First Kiss
“The guitars on this mid-tempo track almost sound like OASIS’s Wonderwall.”
6. Heart Attack
“Of the all-out pop songs on here, this is the best. The punchy chorus and MICHAEL JACKSON-style “Owww” yelps from the lads make it catchy.”

Since being released on VEVO yesterday, the song has apparently beaten Justin Bieber’s record for the most views in 12 hours.
Justin nabbed back 1D’s record for YouTube views recently, so now our boys are hitting back hard with this ace ballad.

Just like many huge bands before them, One Direction can see themselves taking a huge chunk of time off in their careers, to pursue other avenues and then returning with an almighty bang years later.
Although the boys are in their absolute prime at the moment and certainly won’t be stopping anytime soon, they see themselves doing what Take That did – who famously split in 1996 and returned in 2005.
But that’s nearly 10 years out of the game, how could they possibly be gone for so long!
Nialler said:
“We want to be like Take That or Gary Barlow – take 10 years out and then come back.”
We don’t want to worry you though, One Direction are only at the beginning of their career, so they still have years to go until anything as awful as a breakup would happen – realistically, they’re too busy promoting “Little Things”, which is a great tune wouldn’t you agree?
Nialler also talked about the new song:
“We heard the new song and said, ‘Yeah, that’s a cracker, we want it.”
“For the video, we just kind of sit around in a studio and act like we’re recording.”
We can’t wait to see the video when it’s released in less than 3 days!
Wow, what a day yesterday was for Directioners across the world.
First we get to hear the cutest 1D song ever in ‘Little Things’, and then the band announce a whopping 18 tour dates in Europe as well as a new date in Mexico, at Mexico City Foro Sol.
Tickets for the the European dates go on sale from November 2nd/3rd, and November 8th for the Mexican date.
Touring for One Direction starts next February, and carries on right through until October where they finish in Australia and New Zealand.
Boys, hope you don’t get burnout!
The reaction to the latest 1D song to be heard yesterday was simply overwheleming, and Directioners are lapping it up gladly.
‘Little Things’ was heard on radios worldwide along with the VEVO lyric video (below), and the track, written by Ed Sheeran looks like it will be tugging on heart-strings (and ovaries!) to become a huge hit.

It’s true! One Direction have added a staggering 18 dates to their already massive 2012 ‘Take Me Home’ tour!
Starting in Paris on Monday 29th April, the boys then take in Antwerp, Amsterdam, Oslo, Stockholm, Copenhagen, Berlin, Munich, Milan and more!

The last date is in Lisbon on Sunday 26th May.

The Zaynster has had a really difficult time in the past couple of months with critics and public opinion, but rest assured directioners, because everyone’s favourite dark haired harmonizer is staying firmly with One Direction for the foreseeable future…in fact maybe even longer!
Now Daily have gathered some quotes from the young star, where he strongly denies reports that he is ready to bail on 1D:
“I’m not one to get involved with what anyone says about me,”
“When people are putting pressure on me I just completely ignore it. I have fun with the lads and do what I’ve got to do.”

We are so glad to hear some great news involving Zayn, instead of all the negativity that has surrounded him more recently.
In an ideal world, they will never break-up and they will never lose popularity – but that all depends on you guys buying their music, endorsed products and supporting them 100%!
Out of curiosity, if someone was to go solo, who do you reckon would have the most success?
Earlier today, the official One Direction Facebook page said the following:
“Something very exciting to announce tomorrow for our European fans!!!! 1DHQ x”
Now, putting our thinking caps on and working out what this might mean, we reckon that the boys will be adding some new tour dates to their already massive 2013 tour.
Starting in February next year, One Direction begin their tour in the UK and Ireland, before flying over to North America in June, July and August.
Currently they finish their tour in Australia and New Zealand in September and October.
However, there’s a bit of a gap location-wise don’cha think?
Wouldn’t it be great if 1D added a bunch of dates in say Paris, Berlin, Madrid, Rome etc?
We’ve got our fingers crossed that we’re right here, as it will give even more Directioners a chance to see the lads for real.

Liam Payne donned a wicked Batman costume as he appeared with Tom Daley at a Halloween party at Funky Buddha in London.
Liam initially walked into the bar in full costume before later revealing his identity as he chatted to Tom outside.
The party went down a right storm as Liam let his hair down (or rather lack of it), dancing the night away whilst a host of hot chicks hovered round him.

In other news, Liam recently spoke about Justin Bieber, admitting that he sometimes feels sorry the youngster!
Liam said:
“Not in a patronising way, but I kind of feel sorry for him, I know he’s got friends around him and they go on tour with him. But they’re not going through the same situation as these boys are with me.”
After months of speculation about Niallers love life, it seems that rumours can officially be put to rest, as reports have emerged that he has finally sealed the deal – only not with Demi!
The new girl in question is called Amy Green and is a 20-year-old non-celebrity drama student, and the pair were apparently seen looking very loved up at an X Factor screening the previous week.
Obviously being “normal” is a big perk for the 1D boys now.
“Niall was introducing Amy to people as his girlfriend and they were very happy from the look of things. He was kissing and cuddling her when people weren’t watching and seemed really into her.”
A source close to the couple said: “They’re dating – it’s early days but they’re very cute together.”
Niall-dude obviously couldn’t wait for Demi’s year long dating ban to end, because he was certainly looking smitten with his new girl the other day.
However, according to the Twittosphere, lots of fans are claiming the pair are just friends, and that Amy is actually dating one of Niall’s close friends called Darren.

Seems that Harry was struggling with the wind yesterday in London, as the band left the Capital FM studios.
Harry was seen frantically trying to contrlo his curly locks whilst the wind swept around him.
The boys were on a big promotional tour, and after their interview with Capital, they were snapped walking around.
Liam, Niall and Zayn fared a little bit better – probably using more hairspray?

The Twittosphere was getting itself worked up last night over claims that Zayn and Perrie were planning to get married.
Directioners had started retweeting a message by someone that Zayn was all set to marry Perrie next February, though the date was supposedly going to be February 31st – which doesn’t exist.
When Zayn was supposed to have proposed we’re not actually sure.
Anyway, we quite like the sound of the rumour, and would love to have a big 1D wedding next year.
It would surely be the biggest wedding event ever – quite possibly beating Prince William and Kate.
Maybe.
We can just imagine Nialler getting a bit tipsy and wrapping his tie around his head like Rambo.

“There’s a gap in the market for a sports-star turned pop-star, but I’m just not sure whether it’s for him.” – lol.

Robbie Williams has a had a very lengthy and well documented love-hate relationship with band member Gary Barlow over the years, but his comments suggesting 1D hate each other have shocked thousands of fans around the world!
He explained that while he was in Take That, he really disliked Gary Barlow, while at other times he loved him to pieces. Robbie then said:
“I’m sure that in One Direction right now, there’s going to be hatred between certain members for certain things, all young and daft stuff.”
Certain members?
Well from the outside looking in there is hardly going to be any beef between Harry and Louis, because lets face it they’re besties.
Liam seems to get on with everyone and Nialler just comes across as a happy go lucky lad who sits around playing the guitar and eating Nandos all day – lucky bugger.
The only person who comes across as distant, however misconstrued, is Zaynster.
Missing events with the boys, like Louis’ charity match, make him look disconnected and not fully part of the band outside of work. However, Liam recently said in an Australian TV interview:
“I don’t understand how you can see the way we are on camera, and off camera, and look at it as being contrived.”
“It’s so evident that we do get on so well, and I just don’t think we’re good enough actors to pull off that kind of friendship.”
We hope Liam is right, because we would hate to see a Robbie VS Gary feud brewing in 1D!
While we’re still waiting for the release of 1D’s new single ‘Little Things’, songwriter Ed Sheeran is busy revealing some juicy gossip about the song!
The ‘You Need Me, I Don’t Need You’ star revealed that he actually wrote the song when he was 17! He said:
“The great thing about it is I wrote that song with a girl called Fiona Bevan when I was 17 and we lost the song. I’ve kept in touch with Fiona, we’ve done gigs and stuff and about two months ago she sent me the tune and was like ‘oh, do you remember this?”
Ed then went on to say:
“I was like ‘Yeah, I do remember that’, and I was in the studio with the One Direction boys at the time and I was playing it and they were like ‘we really like that’.”
He also admitted that the song has some of his favourite lyrics ever:
“’I know you never like the sound of your voice on tape and you never like to know how much you weigh and you still have to squeeze into your jeans but you’re perfect to me’.”
Ed also dished the dirt on the songs meaning: “It was written about all the best things about someone, kind of like the things you wouldn’t expect.”
But, he wasn’t the only one giving us little clues about the song, the 1D boys also took to twitter to reveal:
“SNEAK PEAK of #LittleThings Your hand fits in mine like it’s made just for me… Any ideas on the next line!? 1DHQ”
Ed has revealed that the song is more “acoustic led” and “more of a ballad” than what we’re used to hearing from One Direction…we look forward to hearing it!
Although, I don’t know if we can wait much longer, the suspense is killing us!

The rumours just won’t go away, and we actually stuck our noses out last week and confirmed the pair were dating.
Now Leona, in her latest interview has again been asked about her potential new man Liam, saying:
“All I’ll say about the rumours of me dating Liam from One Direction is you never know where things might end up if they’re given half a chance.”
Now why can’t you just confirm or deny it Miss Lewis? We reckon you get a kick out of keeping us all guessing, don’cha?
Discussing she feels about relationships and the celeb lifestyle, she added:
“Other than that, I’ve never been one to talk about my personal life, because it’s important to keep a little bit of yourself sacred. Too many celebs would sell their souls to the devil just to get in the papers. I have no desire to be ‘famous’ like that; I didn’t when I won The X Factor and I still don’t.”
Leona went on to say:
“The public don’t need to know every nuance of your life. It’s possible to give them a little insight and still have a normal, private life.”
We’re pretty confident the pair’s relationship will be public news very soon – perhaps in time for Christmas – and we think they make a lovely couple.
Who knows, One Direction and Leona Lewis might make some music together?

According to rumours, Niall has set his sights on 31-year-old ex-model and presenter on Irish TV show Expose.
Glenda has met Niall a few times already, and it looks he fancies a bit of the older gal.
Heat magazine said the following:
“He has the hots for her. He’d been having a few drinks with the band and, as the drinks flowed, he seemed increasingly determined to get Glenda out with him and his friends, but she was asleep at home!”
However Glenda responded to the speculation by saying:
“He’d been wanting me to go out, but I didn’t, as I don’t want to be the new Caroline Flack and be hated by every woman in the world. I refused to be that one.”
And further countered the gossip by saying she was “madly in love” with current fella Rob McNaughton.
Niall and Glenda recently met a charity football match he co-hosted with Keith Duffy from Westlife.
Louis recently participated in a charity football (soccer) match, where his team the “Three horseshoes” played against league one team Doncaster Rovers. Louis was understandably excited about the prospect of playing what we think is his favourite sport, and tweeted out the following:
“Here we go! The big day! Three horse shoes V Doncaster rovers 11! Cmon the tommo @Louis_Tomlinson.”
The game was played at Keepmoat Stadium and was in aid of the Bluebell Wood Childrens Hospice and had some A-listers in the crowd – Niall, Liam and Harry of course! No word on why Zayn wasn’t present, but we are sure there is a good reason and nothing sinister about it.
In the end Louis’ team won the match with a score of 2-1 and Louis was more than proud about the victory saying:
“So so lovely to have the boys there thank you so much @Real_Liam_Payne @Harry_Styles and @NiallOfficial for being there.
“Can’t thank everyone enough for coming! Was an experience I will remember for the rest of my life.”
Nialler was pretty ecstatic too, tweeting the following:
“What a great evenin at the keepmoat stadium to watch @Louis_Tomlinson and the shoes , cmon the shoes 2-1 ! Wohoo! So proud of the tommo.”
We are so pleased that Louis had an amazing time and super pleased that the proceeds are going to a good cause! #1Dgivesback.
