Fans Hospitalized As FANDEMONIUM Engulfs Sydney

0

Thousands of screaming, teenage girls turned up outside a Sydney television studio on Wednesday, trying to catch a glimpse of Liam Payne, Harry Styles, Zayn Malik, Louis Tomlinson and Niall Payne.

That’s right, One Direction are in town!

Many hardcore Directioners camped outside overnight, braving a cold spell in order to secure front-row spots outside the Seven television station.

Security had been beefed-up to prevent any problems ocurring, and once the crowd swelled to it’s busiest, many girls actually fainted at the excitement of seeing their idols.

Speaking on the Sunrise show, Liam Payne said: “It’s absolutely mental. We can’t believe it. There are so many people out there.”

More than ten fans required urgent assitance after passing out, and first-aid workers had to pull them out of the manic crowd in order to treat them.

Police were forced to erect steel walls to contain the crowd, and thousands of fans chased after the black vans driving One Direction to the studio, with many observers saying “it was complete chaos”.

One fan was actually heard to say: “I’ll do anything to see them, I’d even get tasered for this. I don’t care I just have to see them.”

Not too sure about that!

Sydney’s most popular radio station was actually thrown off air for 40 minutes whilst the group were present to record an interview with host Alan Jones.

The actual source of the problem has not yet been identified, but technicians suspect it might have something to do with a separate TV crew filming the band.
