Warm in New York just like most days during the summer in the city. As Kerry a 23 year old single girl has to sit like always and listen to her friends and their fairy tale wishes with true love and movie happy endings. But Kerry never had hopes up for something like that after having her heart broken at age 16, she somehow still couldn’t recover. But her friends couldn’t blame her. Almost every where she went she saw a magazine or online blog her ex and his new girlfriend, Cara, his “perfect” match were on it. Niall Horan a 23 year old pop star in the band One Direction had been dating Kerry for a year and a half, and she was madly in love. But Niall had to make a hard decision before he auditioned for the X-factor. He had to choose between trying to keep their relationship going or focus on music. The decision was made easy though after his good friend Ryan lied and told Niall that Kerry’s friend Becca had told him that Kerry was cheating on him with a boy from school who was trying to get back at him for taking his crush in 5^th grade. Niall though he thought it was ridiculous had to believe Ryan after all he was his best friend. Niall had made the decision with the help of a lie and he was going to forget about it and work on his music. Knowing he would be caught if Niall confronted her, Ryan told Niall that he would confront her about it so he could focus on the audition and not get upset about breaking up with her. Reluctantly Niall agreed. Kerry who was completely unaware that she had “cheated” on Niall was horrified to find out that Niall had sent Ryan to break up with her because she was unimportant and only going to hold him back so she should stay away and never talk to him ever again. Unfortunately she didn’t take his advice and texted Niall one last time. She was upset and confused at how he could do that to her but Niall soon became confused to when he received a text saying
“How could you send Ryan to break up with me and not even care about me? If you thought I would hold you back, you could have just told me and even if it hurt at least I would know you cared the slightest bit to say it to my face. I am sorry I ever held you back. Good luck and don’t worry about me even though it seems that you already have,   I love you,           Kerry <3”
Lucky for Ryan though he just happened to be hanging out with Niall at that exact time that he received the text. After reading the text Niall was very confused shouldn’t he be the mad one he thought after all she did cheat on him. But after some convincing and arguing about who knows girls better.
“She was just mad and being a drama queen like most girls because she is in denial that she ended it and is making up lies, so just ignore it” Ryan told Niall.

As workers re-stalked the shelves full of magazines in the coffee shop, to no surprise Niall and Cara were front and center on the cover. The couple had managed to make it into all magazines in the U.S no matter how hard she tried to escape them they just kept chasing her. Her move 1 year ago from Ireland had been hard but she thought that new guys and a new city would help her recover. Yet she couldn’t forget him. Though, she counts herself lucky for finding such good friends who tried so hard to keep her from worrying about him.
As she let out a heavy sigh and stared at the magazine cover she was interrupted
“Oh god stop staring at that magazine, Kerry it is bad” Lydia said “you need to get back on the market you are better than this you will never find Mr. Perfect always being gloomy and “in a relationship” all the time.”
All of her friends agreed with her.
“But he was Mr. Perfect that is why I don’t want to go find another because there is no other.” Kerry explains
“Just go get a guy see what New York guys are like you still haven’t given them a change yet.” Said Olivia “Don’t let him get you down you are a powerful woman be strong don’t give up on love.”
“thanks guys but I just don’t think I can move on without hearing him tell me himself that he wants to break up with me I just really thought we had something special and I want to know that he actually wanted to break up so it wasn’t just that his evil friend Ryan convinced him to.” Kerry says
“Ok well my younger cousin has to sell her concert tickets and backstage passes to the One Direction concert at the radio city music hall near the Rockefeller center. So why don’t we take them and you can finally get your break up.” Said Bridie
“Yeah great Idea Bridie lets make her fall even more in love with him again.” Sarah said in a somewhat sarcastic tone.
“We are not making her fall in love we are getting him to break her heart the real way so she will be metaphorically “set free”” said Olivia
“Ok, well let’s see what Kerry thinks after all her opinion matters the most.” Said Lydia
“Ok, ok I will go as long as it gets you guys to shut up.” Kerry concluded
“ok so it’s a plan and everyone has to go to support Kerry” said Bridie “and there are 5 of us and 5 of them so….. Just kidding” she said jokingly, as they all departed they all promised to be there and not ruin any of the moments Kerry had with Niall.

Chapter 2
There was still 5 hours till the concert but all the girls had met at Olivia’s apartment to get ready but really they just wanted to make Kerry the prettiest she could ever be, (not that she needed that much help she had gorgeous long brown hair and brilliantly blue eyes.)And who knows maybe Niall would change his mind about her.
After hours of prepping and finding the right outfit they finally had arrived at the Radio City Music Hall. They had come early for the meet and greets but even coming super early wasn’t good enough the lines were still long. Excited and nervous Kerry waited with her friends. She had seen him on magazine covers and heard him on the radio but some how she felt like this would be the first time seeing his face since that day he left for the audition a single man. After the break up they had no connection what so ever even in the hallways Ryan made sure they were all the way on the other side. This was going to be a big step for her and a big step towards the future for her.

After what seemed like years of waiting they were on deck. Just then Kerry started freaking out what were they going to do. After a little consoling and letting the people behind them go before them they finally calmed her down and by the time they let them through she was fine. She entered the room…

Chapter 3
Kerry felt like rock had hit her straight in the head the minute she saw Niall. Her whole relationship between Niall and her flashed before her eyes. The moment of truth had finally come. Kerry was nervous so instead of going straight to Niall she went to Zayn first, then Louis, then Liam, then Harry, and finally while her friends talked with the other boys she walked very slowly and she was so worried that she did not even notice that Bridie and Louis were hitting it off but what would you expect they are both crazy.
“Do you remember me?” she muttered quietly once she reached Niall
“What was that?” he asked politely like always
“Oh hello” Kerry said a bit louder
“Oh, hey what is your name?” Niall said
“Kerry” she said lifting her head slowly.
“Where are you from because I thought I heard that you had an accent?” he said
“Yeah I am from Ireland I moved to New York 1 year ago” she explained
“Oh cool where in Ireland are…” he started to say but was interrupted by the staff saying
“Ok time to go girls”
“It was nice meeting you” he said with a wave 
“I have met you before” Kerry whispered so softly that no one could hear. As the girls excited Kelly was upset but Bridie was on top of the world
“I have the best news guys.” Bridie said

Chapter 4
As the girls got in the car no one really paid any attention to what Bridie had just said because they were all comforting Kerry, who was now crying. Even though they were somewhat upset that she didn’t talk to him in that time all her friends knew that they needed to find a way for Kerry to talk to him again.
“How are we going to meet him again?”Said Lydia
“I have no Idea but they don’t have another concert in New York for awhile so we can’t get another meet and greet.” Sarah said.
“Maybe we just have to come up with a way to fix her without Niall” said Olivia
“GUYS!” Yelled Bridie causing the car to come to a sudden halt, “did no one here me before?” Bridie said
“No what did you say” sniffled Kerry
“Well nobody seems to care so…”said Bridie mischievously
“WE DO!!” everybody yelled
“Ok, well Louis and I kind of hit it off” she said slowly
“WE KNOW” everybody yelled again “now get to the point”
“Ok, ok” Bridie said “Louis gave me his number.” She said quite calmly for the situation they were in and the person the number came from.
“OMG” Kerry said “you have got to be kidding me, is this some kind of joke.”
“NO” Bridie blurted out “I would never do anything like that to you.”
“Ok so can I call him please I need to talk to him, no, you know what would be better, if you met up with Louis and I talked to him.” Kerry said in a massive explosion of happiness.
“Ok how about I call him for coffee right now” Bridie said “how does that sound?”
“Sounds great” Kerry said

“Ok sounds great meet you there in 10, do you mind if I bring a friend she was with me at the meet and greet.” Bridie said into her phone.
“Ok great thanks see you there” she continued “done, see now we just have to go to the coffee shop and meet him in 10 minutes” Bridie told Kerry.
“Ok sounds great, so excited” Kerry said “this time I won’t mess it up even if I am not actually talking to Niall.”
“Hey, guys how about we drop you 2 and come back later to pick you up, then we can sleep over at Olivia’s place because, it is the biggest.” Lydia said
“Ok great thanks “Kerry and Bridie said as everybody rushed to fix up Kerry’s makeup and outfit since she had been crying.

Chapter 5

When they get to the common grounds shop they expected a huge group of girls but no one was there. Had they given him the wrong address? Had the car broken down? What is going on? But when they got inside Louis was sitting at a booth with a hat over his face and a superman t-shirt on. When they say down Louis had just noticed that they had entered.
“Oh hey girls what’s up” Louis said
“Nothing much” Bridie said “but where are all the girls
“Oh I tricked the, into following the other boys” he explained
“cool so Louis this is my friend Kerry you probably already met her at the meet and greet but now you are meeting her again” Bridie introduced her
“Nice to see you again” Louis said
“Yeah it is great seeing you to” Kerry said
“we are going to be in New York for the whole week so we should get together again next time I will bring the boys and you bring your other friends and Kerry” Louis said told Bridie
“ yeah it will be great maybe we can show you all the tourist attractions show you how to be a real tourist and we still have never brought Kerry to any either so we will finally get to do that.” Bridie said.
“Yeah, wait Kerry where are you from?” Louis asked
“I am from Ireland I moved 1 year ago” Kerry said
“oh I should have known that accent, but hey what part of Ireland?” he asked
“I come from Mullingar” Kerry said hesitantly
“Oh Niall is from there, wait you probably already knew that.” Louis rambled on.
“Yeah I did” Kerry continued
“So did you know him because you must have at least gone to the same school or something but maybe not?” Louis kept going and seemed not to notice Kerry’s stress or just chose to ignore it.
“Yeah I actually dated him” Kerry said in a rather soft voice.
“Oh is it a rough topic? Sorry” Louis held back and became quiet which seemed unusual.
“Well that is actually what I came to talk to you about I was hoping you would be able to help me” she said
“Umm, sure not sure I can help though he is in a relationship and really happy and even it I don’t like her I can’t hurt him, but I will see what I can do.” Louis told her
“ok well I only need to speak to him and nothing about him breaking up with Cara” Kerry continued and told him the whole story of what she knew from being in love and perfect to concentrating on his music and Ryan breaking up for him. Louis was astonished he couldn’t believe that Niall would ever do something like that but thought that she had truth to her story, as he had met Ryan before and he was not the nicest guy.
“Ok so what do you need help with?” Louis asked
“Well I have never been able to get over him and I think it was because he never broke up with me himself and I really loved him so it might be enough to break the spell so to speak.” Kerry said
“Ok I will help you but me and Bridie will need to be in the room to make sure you do not try to and break him and Cara up, I trust you but I can’t take any changes with this he is happy with her.” Louis explained. Kerry understood and they all said that they would meet up at the Top of the Rock at 10 o’clock, giving the boys plenty of time to get ready they joked. As the two girls departed Bridie got a good night kiss from Louis and Kerry felt like all the weight and stress of eh day had been lifted off her shoulders.
