Seems that Taylor and Harry will be up against each other at the Kids’ Choice Awards, as they’ve both been nominated in the ‘Favourite Song’ category.
With the awards night being held next month, the pair had a chance to meet again and a source told us here at One Direction News that:
“Taylor holds no grudges against Harry, and still considers him a good friend. Their relationship got too big, too quickly, and the struggles of being two high-profile celebrities started to take their toll.”
However, One Direction have a concert in Birmingham on the same night, so unfortunately the boys and Taylor won’t get a chance to meet in person. 1D will pre-record any acceptance speeches in case they win.
The event in Los Angeles pits 1D’s song ‘What Makes You Beautiful’ against Taylor Swift’s ‘We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together.
Any hope (or despair) that the pair might have got back together has also been brought to an abrupt end, and speaking with HollywoodLife.com, another source said:
“Harry’s over Taylor, all breakups suck and he’s dealt with it and has moved on. He was sad at first but he is in a different place and not worrying about her anymore. He’s accepted the fact that it didn’t work out and he isn’t pointing fingers.”
Showing how quickly he falls for someone, Harry told We Love Pop magazine the following:
“I think for me, it’s more infatuation at first sight. You can see someone and I think ‘She’s amazing.’ I wouldn’t say I could fall in love at first sight, but maybe I just haven’t done that yet.”
Maybe there’s hope for all of us then. It sounds easy – you just have to get Harry to look at you once and then fall in love.
