The sad news that Gary Barlow and wife have lost their fourth child has reverberated around the world, and Harry Styles has tweeted his sympathies to the Barlow household.
Harry and the boys have met Gary on a number of occassions, and Hazza said:
“My Love, thoughts and prayers are with @GBarlowOfficial and his family at such a difficult time.. .xx”
A host more celebrities all offered their deepest condolencies to Gary and Dawn as their latest child was stillborn on Saturday.
Elsewhere, Max George from The Wanted has been talking about the differences between themselves and One Direction.
Talking with The Sun, he said:
“We’re not the most attractive bunch that has ever been in the pop world. We don’t dance. But we can all play instruments, which is what is good about us. We don’t want to be the stereotypical boyband.”
In possibly a sly dig towards their younger rivals, Max added:
“We don’t want to be cheesy. I’d say we are sort of a mix between a boyband and a band – a hybrid.”
An appearance from One Direction is expected at the closing ceremony of the Olympics this Sunday – could The Wanted be performing as well?
