Something pretty swish with a games room and a pool – where your neighbours are none other than Kendall and Kylie Jenner?
Well little old Niall Horan has just splashed his cash doing exactly that!
The Sun reported that:
“The guarded community where Niall lives when he’s in LA is a good investment – and it’s packed with celebrity neighbours.”
Amongst the Jenner family, the area is home to even more top celebs.
“As well as the Kardashians, other residents include Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne and Jennifer Lopez.”
With One Direction going on tour in the US over the next few months, Nialler wants to make things as easy as possible, and the source added:
“Niall wanted a permanent place in the States because 1D will be spending a lot more time there this year and he didn’t want to stay in a string of hotels.”
The blonde tinker is a popular dude in the band, and he’s pretty hot property over in the USA too, having made a bunch of big name buddies.
(We still reckon he’s got a soft spot for Katy Perry too).
“He’s made friends already with his Kardashian neighbours and the younger Kardashian sisters love him and his Irish accent. They’re already talking about getting him on the family’s reality shows and they think he’s sure to say yes because he would find it funny.”
A few of the other 1D boys have already bought the odd house here and there, with Harry Styles eyeing up a property or two, possibly in Hollywood.
The Daily Star reports that:
“Harry Styles is very sensible and he wants to build on his already high profile in the US. His father is a highly successful businessman who owns three properties and his own pub so he has advised him to invest all his wealth in a big property portfolio.”
