One Direction have been rolling in the big bucks since a crazily young age. It’s understandable that management want to keep a tight grip on how they spend their money, because it won’t last forever.
And pop stars tend to be a bit wild at the early stages of their career

Talking to We Love Pop magazine, Nialler admitted that when the lads turned 18 they headed out for a night at a casino. Uh oh, can you hear the panic button being pressed a billion times from management?
Anyways, Nialler said:
“Like most of the stupid things we do, it seemed like it was a good idea at the time. We just thought, “We’re 18, this is the first time we’ve been able to spend a bit of money in weeks because we’ve been on the road.”
“I won £100, which seemed reasonable, then I stopped. But I’ll have to say, ‘No comment’ about the others.”
Surely £100 isn’t too bad though. We don’t even want to know what the others made…or lost:
“Let’s just say it got a bit ugly and a lot of money was lost. A lot. When our management found out, we got a serious dressing-down about it.”
We’d hate to see the boys throw away their money! But Nialler has assured everyone that they keep each other in check.
“I think that’s the beauty of being in a band. Often people who have had fame from such a young age as solo artists find it harder to stay grounded, because it’s just them.”
“But with us, we’ve got each other. The minute one of us falls out of line, another one of us will set them straight!”
We’ll if they insist on spending some cash, they could always by us a gift or ten
?
