She was right at the epicentre when One Direction were put together at the 2010 bootcamp, and now Nicole Scherzinger has some tongue-in-cheek banter about the boys not thanking her!
Nicole jokingly said in the past that it was in fact her idea to put the boys together, whilst Simon cowell assures us that it was all him. What about poor old Louis?!
She said:
“Those little buggers! I haven’t received flowers yet from them – I’m waiting!”
“It’s crazy to see how massive they are – they just performed at the Olympics. It feels like yesterday since we were auditioning them and I was like, ‘let’s put them together’. It feels wonderful to have had a helping hand in that.”
It feels like yesterday to us too. But looking back on audition tapes and live show videos, they all look so young and baby faced!
