Surely this can’t be true, right?

It has been revealed that One Direction albums are amongst the most returned and the most unwanted gifts this Christmas time! Clearly a lot of people out there have a terrible taste in music and don’t appreciate the magic of 1D!
Although both One Direction albums have been top sellers around the world, particularly in the UK and American markets, tens of thousands of people were not impressed on Christmas day when they unwrapped either One Direction album.
Website NME has released the returning figures of various albums that were bought this festive season.
Adele’s 21 was the most returned, with 47,315 units being ditched by those who can’t handle another rendition of “Rolling in the Deep”. 36,846 copies of One Direction’s debut album, “Up All Night”, were returned by unhappy gift receivers.
Emeli Sande’s LP also didn’t fare well, with 41,038 copies being sent back.
In the movie stakes, Twilight took out the unfavourable first position with 36,217 DVD’s & BluRays heading back to the stores. Even Batman the Dark Knight has 35, 461 returned this year.
We know none of you would have returned back One Direction paraphernalia, but we want to know what stuff you did for Christmas, so let us know below!
