Zayn, Liam, Harry, Niall and Louis have been away from home for what seems like a lifetime, having jetted off to America a couple of months back, and since having moved on to Australia.
So it’s no surprise that Zayn texts his mum every single night, wishing her a good night.
Speaking with Now magazine, Tricia Branan said: “I don’t expect Zayn to text me all the time. But I text him `night night, Son’ and he texts back `love you, Mum’.”
Admitting that she gets upset when Zayn is away, she went on to say that “Girls come and stand at the gate. Fans ask me for permission to marry him but he can choose his own Mrs.”
Elsewhere, Danni Minogue made an appearance at One Direction’s Melbourne concert, meeting the band for the first time since the 2010 UK X Factor series.
Speaking with The Metro, a source said: “Dannii told One Direction she is really proud of them. Last time she saw them was on X Factor at the beginning of their journey. So to see them on stage in her hometown with so many screaming fans was a very special moment for her. She loved the gig.”
Finally, Harry Styles has posted a couple of ace photos on Twitter, the first being a pic of Niall Horan getting his hair done – whilst eating breakfast!
